The foundation prepared a methodological handbook based on the methods used by the Mother and Child Portage Rehabilitational Institute in Canada and a research paper about the characteristics and needs of the target population. The project reached 40 partner institutions and 200 representatives from target group and developed a professional program for the future Ráháb Institute. The target group was Hungarian women between the age of 15-25 who are mentally or socially disadvantaged/abused/Roma/undereducated and are exposed to the risk of prostitution and drug abuse. The foundation partnered (for the collection of data and for contacting the target group) with schools from Fejér county, drug ambulances, child protection services, prisons, probation offices and temporal placement homes for the disadvantaged.
